John graduated with degrees in Computer Programming and Computer Science in 1994 and immediately began his career in software development. Over the next three decades, he built deep expertise in banking systems, financial reporting tools, and fintech solutions—working across three countries and some of the most demanding technology environments in the world.
For 18 years, John worked in New York's banking sector, developing and maintaining mission-critical software for leading financial institutions. His work spanned core banking platforms, financial reporting systems, and regulatory compliance tools—earning him Federal Reserve certifications and the Z.Bank Innovation Award for developing a groundbreaking balance sheet audit tool along the way. Beyond New York, he also contributed to banking technology projects in Turkey and Bulgaria, giving him a rare international perspective on financial systems and cross-border software architecture.
