Instead of generic templates, each message referenced specific pain points relevant to the prospect's industry, tech stack, and growth stage. Qualification Agent: An AI agent that scored and qualified leads through natural email conversations, asking strategic questions about budget, timeline, and decision-making process. It could handle objections and route hot prospects directly to calendar booking. CRM Sync Agent: Every interaction, email, meeting, and qualification note was automatically logged to HubSpot with structured tags and deal stage updates—eliminating manual data entry entirely. Orchestration Layer: Built a supervisor agent using LangGraph that coordinated all four agents, handled edge cases, and escalated complex scenarios to human reps with full context summaries.
