Bright Futures Learning Center had excellent tutors and strong results, but enrollment was seasonal and unpredictable. Parent-Focused Content: Created content for parents searching "how to help struggling student," "signs child needs tutoring," and subject-specific help searches. Captured parents earlier in their decision process. Subject & Test Prep Pages: Built dedicated pages for each subject (math tutoring, reading help, writing skills) and test prep (SAT, ACT, state testing) to capture specific searches. Back-to-School Campaign: Launched annual campaigns starting in July, capturing parents planning for the upcoming year before competitors. Academic Year Nurturing: Built email sequences keeping enrolled families engaged and encouraging referrals, plus re-engagement campaigns for families who'd paused. School Partnership Outreach: Created resources for teachers to recommend tutoring, building referral relationships with local schools.
