How the Scoring Works
The scorecard uses a weighted system where high-impact items count more than nice-to-haves.
1. Weighted Readiness
Each item has a weight (1-2). Review response SOP is weight 2; weekly GBP posts is weight 1. Your overall readiness = weighted score / max possible weighted score.
2. Channel Prerequisites
Each checklist item maps to specific channels. "Tracking basics" is required for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and 10 other channels. Your channel fit % only counts items relevant to that channel.
3. Recommendations
Channels below 55% fit = "FIX FIRST" (don't spend here yet). 55-75% = "TEST" (small budget OK). Above 75% = "SCALE" (your ops can handle it).
4. Budget Allocation
Suggested budget per channel is proportional to fit %. If you have $1,500/mo and 75% fit for Email, we suggest ~$1,125 for Email. Start with SCALE channels.
