What is pxlpeak?

What data do I need to get started?
At minimum, you need:

Does pxlpeak work with Single Page Applications (SPAs)?
Yes, pxlpeak fully supports SPAs built with React, Vue, Angular, Svelte, and other frameworks. We provide framework-specific packages that handle route changes automatically:

What's the data retention period?

Does pxlpeak slow down my website?

How does pxlpeak handle bot traffic?
We automatically filter known bots, crawlers, and automated traffic. This includes:

You can also create custom bot rules in Settings → Traffic Filtering.
Can I track users across multiple domains?
Yes, cross-domain tracking is supported. Configure your domains in Settings → Tracking → Cross-Domain, then add the additional domains to your tracking configuration.

What attribution models are available?
pxlpeak supports multiple attribution models:

What's the default attribution window?
The default lookback window is 30 days. You can configure this from 1-90 days in Settings → Attribution.
How does multi-touch attribution work?
Multi-touch attribution tracks the entire customer journey from first interaction to conversion, distributing credit across all touchpoints based on your chosen model. This gives you insight into which channels introduce customers (first touch) and which close deals (last touch).
Can I create custom attribution models?
Enterprise plans can create custom attribution models with weighted touchpoints and custom rules. Contact sales for more information.

Is pxlpeak GDPR compliant?
Yes, pxlpeak is fully GDPR compliant:

Does pxlpeak use cookies?

What counts as an event?
An event is any tracked interaction, including:
- Page views
- Custom events
- Identify calls

- Button clicks
API calls that query data (not track) don't count toward your limit.
What happens if I exceed my event limit?
You won't lose data. Options when approaching limits:
- Upgrade plan - Increase your limit
- Overage billing - Pay per additional event
- Sampling - Enable statistical sampling (Business+)
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes, annual billing saves 20% compared to monthly. Contact sales for annual plans.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time:

- Downgrades: Take effect at next billing cycle
Do you offer refunds?

Can I have multiple users on my account?

How do I transfer account ownership?

This action is irreversible and will delete all your data.
